Mat Pilates @ King's Community Centre
Join Clair Holmes from Breathe Well Pilates for a fun and dynamic 1 hour Mat Pilates class.
Mat Pilates is a low impact, strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on using the breath to facilitate the control of the movement. This class is designed to improve mobility and postural alignment, while increasing overall body strength and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Every Monday evening 7-8pm and Friday morning 9:15-10:15am for Term 4.
King’s community centre - 93 Wynn Vale Drive, Wynn Vale.
$15 per person, per class Payment by CASH or EFTPOS upon check in on the day.

- Bring your own drink bottle and mat (Pilates mat available for use, if needed)
