Join Clair Holmes from Breathe Well Pilates for a fun and dynamic 1 hour Mat Pilates class.

Mat Pilates is a low impact, strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on using the breath to facilitate the control of the movement. This class is designed to improve mobility and postural alignment, while increasing overall body strength and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
